Terms of Service

Welcome to Turkish Suppliers Hub ("TSH"). By accessing or using our website, services, and digital export CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern the relationship between TSH and the corporate entities ("Buyers") utilizing our platform to source from Turkish manufacturers.

1. Platform Role & Limitations

TSH operates as a digital export gateway and sourcing desk. We facilitate connections, transmit Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and assist in negotiations between international Buyers and verified Turkish manufacturers.

• TSH does not take ownership of the physical goods at any point during the transaction.
• Commercial contracts, Proforma Invoices, and final sale agreements are executed directly between the Buyer and the Turkish Manufacturer.
• TSH is not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or breaches of contract committed by either the Buyer or the Manufacturer.

2. Zero Markup Policy

TSH operates on a strict zero-markup policy regarding physical products. We do not inflate the FOB, CIF, or EXW prices provided by the factories. The prices negotiated through the TSH CRM desk are factory-direct. TSH generates revenue through manufacturer subscription fees and, where applicable, transparent logistics/consulting service fees agreed upon in advance.

3. Buyer Obligations

As a registered Buyer on the TSH platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current corporate information during registration.
• Submit genuine RFQs with intent to purchase.
• Maintain the confidentiality of pricing, technical drawings, and commercial terms provided by TSH and its manufacturing partners.
• Comply with all applicable international trade laws, sanctions, and import regulations of your destination country.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the TSH platform, including text, graphics, logos, platform UI/UX, and software, is the property of TSH and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Buyers retain ownership of any proprietary designs, CAD files, or technical specs uploaded to the platform for OEM/ODM manufacturing purposes.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the TSH platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Execution Offices.
